Where we ship, how we pack, and what our flat-rate options cost.

Shipping regions
PeptideBros ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Packaging and handling
Orders are packed in temperature-controlled packaging appropriate for research peptides and dispatched through tracked carriers. All shipments include discrete, professional labeling and a packing slip. Handling time is typically 1–2 business days; carrier transit times vary by destination.

Shipping rates
Standard Shipping is a $9.95 flat rate with delivery in 3–5 business days. Express Shipping is a $24.95 flat rate with delivery in 1–2 business days. Rates are shown and selected at checkout before payment.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. PeptideBros is not responsible for carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, or address errors entered by the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, contact support within 48 hours with photographs. For shipments confirmed lost by the carrier after investigation, we will work with you on a resolution. All sales otherwise remain final.
