Refund Policy
Our no-return, no-refund policy and the limited exceptions that apply.

All sales are final
PeptideBros operates a strict no-return, no-refund policy. Once an order is placed and payment is accepted, the sale is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental orders, or incompatibility with your research needs.

United States shipping only
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Order cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing or shipping. If you believe you made a critical error before processing begins, contact support immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we do not guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or defective product
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or fails to meet our published quality specifications, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and batch information. Eligible claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and do not override our no-refund policy for change of mind or customer error.

Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and pursue recovery of fees associated with unjustified disputes.
