Mechanism of action
Structurally modified human GLP-1 analog with Aib substitution at position 8 conferring DPP-4 resistance and a C18 fatty diacid linker enabling reversible albumin binding and extended half-life. Activates GLP-1R to potentiate glucose-dependent insulin secretion, suppress glucagon and slow gastric emptying; central GLP-1R signaling is studied in appetite regulation.
